Kardex AG / Key word(s): AGMEGM Media Information Zurich, 14 April 2020 Annual General Meeting of Kardex AG approves all motions by the Board of Directors The 42nd ordinary Annual General Meeting of Kardex AG took place today. Due to the ordinance of the Federal Council (COVID-19 Ordinance 2), no shareholders were allowed to attend the meeting. A total of 71.95% of the company's share capital was represented by the independent proxy. All motions put forward by the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting were approved. All members of the Board of Directors proposed for re-election were confirmed for a further term of office of one year. The two newly proposed board members, Mr. Eugen Elmiger and Mr. Andreas Häberli, were also elected by a large majority. Mr. Philipp Buhofer was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. The proposed amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to rename Kardex AG as Kardex Holding AG was approved. In this context, the Kardex Group's corporate identity will also change slightly. In order to strengthen the umbrella brand and create a clearer hierarchy to the Kardex Remstar and Kardex Mlog brands, the Kardex Group will appear only under the KARDEX brand.
