Basic spare parts kit

The Basic Spare Part Kit is the ideal support to ensure smooth functioning machines. This package allows you to store several essential parts on site.

It contains a selection of parts most likely needed for replacement. These include, for example

  • Guide parts
  • Rolls
  • Repair kits
  • Safety equipment such as light grids

Extended spare parts kit

The Extended Spare Part Kit has been designed to support additional machine functions. This puts you at ease by having all important spare parts at your facility.

It contains a selection of parts, control boards, and motors. These include, for example

  •  All items included in the Basic Kit
  • Basic control board parts
  • Maintenance parts
  • Mainboards

Individual spare parts kit

The Individual Spare Parts Kit offers customers the opportunity to create a customer-specific package tailored precisely to their individual needs. If the two standard packages don’t meet your needs, Kardex will easily customize a package to suit you.

Sometimes parts vary and won’t be included (e.g., some have different criteria such as the dimensions of the device or the load). These are often important spare parts, but due to the variability they do not fit into the Basic and Extended Kits. All requests for machines no longer produced in their series as well as for the Horizontal Carousel Module are regarded as individual.
